Video Recap of the Basswoods Resorts Competitive BBQ Competition hosted in Platte City, MO. It was rainy and a bit cold and we didn’t see the results we are always expecting. We continue to work on our brisket that has been giving us trouble the last few competitions, we’ve got a new recipe and process we’re trying that is really starting to grow on us as we perfect the cook of it.
That said, the judges weren’t feeling it, no awards this time around.
